The GloveBucks Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being a valued customer of UniSafe Gloves. The GloveBucks Loyalty Program (“Program”) is our way of saying thank you for your continued support. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Program.

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, as well as our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview of the GloveBucks Program

The UniSafe GloveBucks Program allows registered customers to earn points (“GloveBucks”) through purchases and qualifying actions, and redeem them for discounts on future orders. This loyalty system is designed to reward our customers for their ongoing engagement with the UniSafe brand.

2. Earning GloveBucks

Customers can earn GloveBucks through the following actions:

• Making purchases on UniSafeGloves.com
• Creating an account

Note: Points are typically credited within 7 business days once an order is paid in full and not returned. Points are deducted from an account for returned products.

3. GloveBucks Redemption

Points may be redeemed as discounts on future purchases according to the following terms:

• Points-to-Dollar Conversion: 100 GloveBucks = $5.00 USD
• Redemption Limit Per Order: You may use up to 2,000 GloveBucks ($100) per transaction.
• Discount Code Policy: GloveBucks cannot be used in combination with any other discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers.
• Only one form of discount can be applied per order.

4. Point Expiry & Maximum Accumulation

Point Expiry: GloveBucks expire 12 months (365 days) from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated or transferred.
Maximum Point Accumulation: A user may accumulate a maximum of 5,000 GloveBucks ($250 value) in their account at any given time. Once this threshold is reached, no additional points will be earned until the balance is reduced.

5. Eligibility

The Program is available only to registered users of UniSafeGloves.com who are 18 years or older and reside in the United States.
The Program is intended for individual customers. Resellers, or wholesalers are not eligible for GloveBucks participation unless otherwise stated.
Glovebucks may only be earned on purchases on UniSafeGloves.com. Purchases made by any other methods do not earn GloveBucks reward points.

6. Account Management

You may view your GloveBucks balance and activity by logging into your UniSafe customer account.
It is your responsibility to ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date to receive point-earning opportunities.

7. Refunds & Returns

If you return an order or receive a refund, any GloveBucks earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed GloveBucks on the returned item, those points will not be reinstated.

8. Abuse, Misuse, and Fraud

UniSafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer’s participation in the Program at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity
Abuse of the Program’s intended purpose
Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent program limits
All GloveBucks in such accounts may be forfeited, without notice and for any reason

9. Program Changes & Termination

UniSafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the GloveBucks Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice. This includes changing how points are earned or redeemed, point values, limits, or eligibility rules.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance of any significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

UniSafe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of the Program or the continuation of any rewards, benefits, or offers. By participating, you agree that UniSafe is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or attempted use of GloveBucks. GloveBucks reward points have no cash value and are not transferrable.
